These are designed and work great. Little modification to fixture. Light (cool white) is just what I want. Clean , white light and no real blue. Could not be more pleased. The people at M4Products will respond to you asap and I liked that. Would Recommend to anyone. Instructions were right on.

good instructions make for a easy installation. Would recomend advising people to take the fixture down so as to be able to work on it more easily. These lights put out considerably more light than a 18" daylight bulb. It would be useful to offer a plastic sleeve to attenuate the brightness in some cases. Do you know if this might be available? M4 Note: No type of sleeve is available, but one of our LED dimmers could always be added to adjust the light.

I had purchase in May 2013 at an RV get together. The replacement tubes that have a wire coming out of them (Starlight brand), for $38.80 each. Now the dealer selling them said they put out enough light to just install one tube per fixture. I did and was not happy till I installed two tubes per fixture. I bought 6 @ 38.80 ea. = $232.80. A couple of weeks ago I bought 11 tubes from M4 and installed them and they are just fantastic...They really put out a lot of light and the installation was very simple. I did remove the fixture from the ceiling and rewired it on a work bench so I did not have to work over my head. 11 tubes converted 5 fixtures, and today I have purchased 13 more tubes to convert the remainder of my fixtures in my 38 ft Monaco Dynasty motorhome. I will recommend this conversion to any one with florescent tube fixtures. I removed the ballast on each fixture and was a very clean retro. No more buying ballast for my fixtures.....Thanks M4 for such a great product....

Placed a large order and received shipment within 4-5 days. I had problems with the installation of my 12" & 18" tube lights. Called and talked to Steve and he had me send him pictures of my fixtures. After a couple of phone calls & a new diagram for the connections, he had me up & running in no time. I will definitely continue to buy my LED retro lights from M4.

Great instructions, easy to install. Very prompt delivery. We do alot of dry camping, this should conserve our batteries power.

My coach is a 2008 and has a lot of 12" and 18" fluorescent lights and I have replaced 3 or 4 ballast over the years. Ballast are hard to deal with and expensive. So the idea of replacing the standard bulbs with LED ‘s was intriguing so I bought Two 18inch LED tubes to give it a try. The install instructions were perfect if your light was the one they used, in the instructions but after just a few minutes I was able to figure it out and the retro fit took less the 10mins. They look great and the ballast problem is solved. I think the cost of the LED is close to the cost of a ballast so it becomes a wash. I also, run from batteries a lot tail gating SEC football so I should see improvements on the power draw. Great product I will buy more.

Just follow the instructions that come with the kit. Its a no brainer. If you get stuck review the 1st page diagram on the wiring and duplicate it. If you have a double tube fluorescent you are replacing just treat it as one bulb.
