This is a 12VOLT tube. Some RV and Boat fixtures (Thinlite) use a 120v florescent tube light which uses a ballast that converted 12vdc to 120v to light the light. With this light you must eliminate this troublesome ballast and just supply the tube with 12v power, positive to one end of the tube, ground to the other. A simple fixture rewire is required. Do not install these into a 120v environment or they will be damaged the the warranty void.
Rotatable End Caps so they will fit in fixtures with either horizontal or vertical sockets with a simple 90 degree twist of the end cap.
36" T8 12v Tube Light Replacement. Standard Size F30T8 T8 Tube, Actual Size 35 1/8" excluding pins, or around 35 3/4" including the pins.

Installation of this tube is the same as our 18" tube lights. Remote or bypass the florescent ballast is required.
NOTICE: Requires a simple rewire to the fixture to eliminate the wasteful and troublesome ballast. See the link below for typical installation instructions for T8 tubes. Do not install these into a 120v environment or they will be damaged the the warranty void.

Specifications:

- Brighter, no flicker, no warm up, and no expensive ballast to fail.
- Frosted lens covering 72 2835 SMD LED chips so you do not see the individual LEDs when you look at the light.
- 6000k color range is Cool White.
- Power through the end pins so you don't have a wire hanging out the side of the bulb to be seen.
- Non Polarity, one end of the bulb gets power, the other side gets ground. Installs either direction.
- Basic rewiring of the fixture is needed to eliminate the florescent tube ballast

36” led tube light
Worked as they should, a little bit of a tight fit but they fit. The 6000k is great for the big kitchen light. I used 5000k ww other places. Easy to deal with and shipped quickly

12v T8-36 led replacement for fluorescent fixture
Easy to order, quick delivery. Excellent packaging as the outer box has been slightly crushed but the inner packaging protected the product. Very simple and easy retrofit and install. I appreciate the ability to rotate the tube to direct the light as needed. The fit was perfect in the fixture. Big improvement on light production compared to the original lamps.

LED tube
Easy switch on galley light ..just identify power & ground out of roof and bypass ballast- it will die eventually. Light value very good, easy to rotate ends to fit proper direction, either end pos or neg. Very good design. A must upgrade even if just your original tube just goes out.

12 volt 3ft LED lights
I have electrical experience and the tubes were easy to fit for me. They work well. These tubes are not cheap but I do not know if they are expensive either. So far, I am very pleased.

Cool white, 6000k
I replaced 2 fluorescent tube lights over our RV kitchen area. My wife loves bright light and the are a very bright with white light but still easy on the eyes with the frosted glass tube. I highly recommend them and they draw about half of the watts of Fluorescent tubes that they replaced. These were real watts that were measured using a very accurate battery monitor system that use a ground shunt. Love these lights. If your looking for a softer light with a slight yellowish hue, I would order the same lights in the natural white light, 4500K
