Great product and easy installation.

The RVgeeks have great YouTube videos on how to convert these fixtures to LED. Unfortunately my Phaeton is quite different from the ‘geeks’. I had o remove the fixtures, drill out the rivets, remove the ballast. The re-wireing was the easy part but you’ll need 4 small machine screws with nuts to re assemble the contact ends to the base and reflector. There is no way you will convert unless you remove the fixtures. All said and done, quite easy to do and better than bright! Bottom line: Brightness is superior and bulbs stay cool. Good luck M4 Note: It is possible to install to retrofit that type of fixture without removing the rivets. Had a ballast burn out, replaced with m4 tubes. Very satisfied, natural light, no more worrying about ballasts. Had 1 question , Steve answered the phone and helped me. Highly recommended.

Lights were exactly as advertised and the instructions for rewiring the fixture were very easy to read and had helpful drawings as well. I was also pleased with the included wire nuts and the extra piece of wire in case it was needed for the rewire.

Easy install, Great lighting

I followed the instructions on Youtube and when I added power it didn't work. I checked what I did twice to ensure I had done it correctly. I then saw M4's video and it confirmed what I had done. I called M4 and asked what I did wrong. It turns out my led bulbs were from Walmart and required the ballast be working. My ballast had burned up after a year of using the Walmart bulbs and I thought I could just rewire and it would work. M4 sent me two of their bulbs and I plugged them in and immediately had light. The natural light is a great color. I highly recommend that before you start converting your RV to led you should call M4 and get the correct information you need and then order from them. The lights came with instructions and everything I need to complete the conversion.

Instruction were clear and installation went very well. I'm happy I made the change from the old lights to these LED's. :~)

this is the 2nd order for these tubes. they are easy to install and work great. the first one have been installed for over 4 years and are still working
