This is a LED retrofit light for 12" Florescent Tube Lights. Due to the size of these smaller tube lights, an external driver is provided. This driver converts 10-30v DC RV power to a clean 12v DC power for long tube life. Other brands of retrofit tube lights have a wire and the driver hanging out the side of the tube, we choose to provide the driver separately and we utilize the natural pins on the end of the tube for power for a much cleaner looking installation. Since the driver occupies the space of your previous ballast, you will never see the wires or driver while looking up at your fixture.
3200k Warm White. Warm Tube are not as common, but some like the extra warmth of this kelvin range. For 6000k Cool White see part number T5-Tube-CW or for 4500k Natural White see part number T5-Tube-NW.
You will need basic 12vDC wiring skills to install these tubes, or have them professionally installed. Wiring is basic, each driver gets a positive and negative wire connected, and each driver has a positive and negative wire that need to be connected to the end of each tube. Work Great
My lights had the ballast at one end and a switch. It took a minute to figure out the wiring, but after that they took about 15 minutes each. Loving the light!

Nice and bright. Like the warm white.
Found that it is best to put a dab of solder on all the connections then the caps. Works great. Now I have to replace all the tube lights in the RV. 7 to go.

T5-12Tube-ww
I converted 10 fluorescent double tube lights to LED lights using the original fixtures. The process involved removing the existing ballast transformer and rewiring the new voltage regulators for the LED tubes. The process took around 35 minutes per fixture and it helps to follow the directions precisely. I am pleased with the ease of ordering, speed of delivery and quality of the products. My entire project included numerous other LED lamps that plugged directly into the existing sockets throughout my RV. With the RV all LED lit the power consumption is considerably lower and the lights don't produce nearly as much heat. Thanks M4Products for a great option for older RV conversions from a very satisfied customer.

Probably the best and easiest conversion I've ever done. Instructions are incredibly clear and it was literally a 15 minute conversion from start to finish.

Received 12" tubes and being an old guy (86) was a little confused by instructions. Contacted sales and they talked me through the wiring scheme and whoopee it works. Lights are great, so is the staff. When I lose ballasts in future fixtures, this is where I will go. thanks
