This is a direct 1383 LED Retrofit for most fixtures. This is a full 3 Watt Bulb with all the light, but pulls only 0.21 amps at 13vdc. On average uses about 15% of the power of a regular 1383. Many other suppliers will only offer 1-2w bulbs at this price range which are not bright enough. Check your fixture at the base to ensure there is clearance for the larger lower body.

1383-3W-WW Reading Light
The 1383-3W-WW makes for a great warm white reading light and uses 1/5th the power of the old bulbs and doesn't put off any heat. Great fast shipping!

Replacement bulbs for reading lights are the same warm light, but should be cool to the touch and last a lot longer. Great!!

Great Product - Awesome Service
It is refreshing to order from M4 and get exactly what they advertise...no smoke and mirrors here! You will be pleased! These replacement bulbs are perfect for above our bed as they are cool to the touch, whereas the original reading lights put out an awful lot of heat!

Great replacement for the 1383 flood
Excellent replacement for the 1383 flood, about the same brightness (perhaps very slightly less) and a pleasing color quality. No trade-offs here, lots of good-quality (warm to medium-white) light at a fraction of the current draw. Much cooler too of course.

These are the real deal!
These lights provide much softer (but just a bright) light than the standard incandescent bulbs-with no residual heat. They fit perfectly and do not look at all out of place! I love the bulbs!

Excellent Reading Light Replacement
This little LED flood light is an excellent replacement for the incandescent bulb I was using in the reading lights in my camper. I installed one of the LEDs and left the incandescent in the other fixture, turned them both on and was very pleased with both the light brightness and the color. They are very close and of course the LED is much cooler. I highly recommend this LED replacement lamp.
