This is a direct 1383 LED Retrofit for most fixtures. This is a full 3 Watt Bulb with all the light, but pulls only 0.21 amps at 13vdc. On average uses about 15% of the power of a regular 1383. Many other suppliers will only offer 1-2w bulbs at this price range which are not bright enough. Check your fixture at the base to ensure there is clearance for the larger lower body.

Almost exact replacement
This replacement bulb looks just about identical in light output and color to the non-LED bulb I had in my 2008 Winnebago. Just what I wanted.

NO HEAT
A must have to get rid of the heat lamp above your head. Needed 2 but they ran out, evidence of popularity. One will do for now.

As advertised - A great product
I replaced the reading lamps in our bedroom and the map lamps on in the cab. Direct replacement, just pull out the old bulb and put the new one in.

Excellent Reading Lamp
I bought the warm whites to replace an incandescent bulb that was so hot you could not touch the fixture. The LED replacement runs cool and give off a bright even soft light just right for reading a book.

Much cooler in the reading lamps
Very good replacement for the incandescent bulbs although just a little whiter (cooler) then expected and they were a tight fit in the sockets for some reason.
