Returns Policy
You may return any new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping). You may also return one (1) opened package Per Style (sku) of light. Multiple open packages of the same sku are not returnable, so please check fitment and output with one package first. Please contact us regarding your specific circumstances if you have a fitment issue. Adhesive on any applicable product must not have the protective cover removed or adhesive used.
A 10% Restock fee applies to orders Returned for Refund. There is no restock fee on Returns for Exchange that meet our other open package terms.
Defective items will be replaced with new under the 2 year warranty*. Please include your original order number and date of order with replacement requests. (*2 year warranty applicable to orders placed after January 1st 2015. orders prior to that date are warrantied for 1 year)
All returns must first have a Return Authorization. Returns received without a Return Authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of returned goods in satisfactory condition.
On orders that qualified for Free Shipping, if the returned amount results in the net order being less than the Free Shipping qualification, regular shipping fees will be accessed when the credit is issued. Any volume discounts shall also be adjusted based on the items returned.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you did not create an account, send a detailed message to orders@m4sales.com.
If you want to exchange product, there is no restock fee if you have obtained a Return Authorization number, but you will need to pay for shipping. Shipping is at or below actual cost, please inquire, and depend on if it can ship First Class (less than 1lb) or by Priority Mail. Larger package may ship more efficiently by FedEx. Canadian customers are subject to Canadian shipping rates.
Specialty Sale Terms (sales, wholesale customers, closeout items) supersede above terms if applicable.

Shipping
Your Billing Address must match the Billing Address on your Credit Card due to credit card fraud filters. You may Ship To another address. If using Paypal, you must build both addresses in your Paypal Account.
Due to increased shipping costs, we now offer more shipping options. We offer free standard shipping on small orders over $60, our choice. See choices below. We are doing our best to keep shipping down, but note smalll business rates have increase an average amount of 7% each year over the past 5 years. We do not make money on shipping.
Most orders ship the Same Business Day if they are placed if they are received before 2:30pm PST. We may ship the following day if our order level is high. If there are any further delays we will contact you. If your package is shipped right before a postal holiday, add transit time equal to the number of holiday days. United States Priority Mail arrives most place in the US in 2 to 3 days, but it is Not Guaranteed by the USPS and on occasion, can take longer.
We Only Ship Standard Business Days and we do not ship any packages on Postal Holidays, choose your shipping accordingly. Order cut off time 2:30pm PST unless otherwise noted on the website Contact Page for Daily exceptions.

USA Shipping Options:
- Free Shipping on Orders over $60, our choice. Delivery may take up to a week.
- USPS Ground Advantage (Previously First Class) Class Shipping.
- USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 Days most places in the US. Rates automatically calculated by USPS.
- FedEx Ground, 2nd Day, Standard Overnight. Per automatic FedEx cost calculator.
- If a shipping rate does not look correct, please contact us prior to completing the order.
- Local in store Pickup in Chatsworth CA. Free.
Canada Shipping Options:
- USPS Ground Advantage Class - Typically 2-3 weeks
- USPS Priority Mail - 6-10 days non guaranteed. Actual cost per USPS fee calculator.
- No FedEx shipping available to Canada due to $40 customs processing fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not ship internationally other then Canada. Canadian customers are responsible for any duties if charged by the carrier at receipt. We do not collect duties, duties collected are solely between the buyer and Canadian Government and collected sometimes by the carrier. Some shipments seem to have duties collected, while others do not.
