Product Description
High capacity replacement slide room rollers to fit OEM 4 1/2" brackets. The original brackets may be marked "USA805" or similar. These only replace rollers in these 4.5" O.D. brackets and the rollers themselves are 1" in diameter. The OEM roller may have two pieces per bracket, and may or may not have ball bearings. OEM non-bearing models do not rotate well, OEM ball bearing models are prone to roller failure where the bearings are pressed in, the weight on the assembly damages the the roller. These replacement rollers take the "overkill" approach of incorporating all overcapacity high quality components. The brackets ARE NOT INCLUDED, this is a repair kit only.
- High capacity nylon roller with 3 each pressed in needle roller bearings
- Needle roller bearings rated at +2000# static load, +1600# dynamic load x 3 bearings
- Precision black oxide alloy steel shoulder bolts grade 12.9
- Nylon insert lock nut
- Pressurized pre-lubricated with Lucas marine grade grease
- Capacity of original OEM rollers is 200#, these are very conservatively rated at 600# per roller
- Assembled in Southern California

Replacement rollers
2025 Dynamax DX3 - 32KD. Replaced 6 rollers on main 16' slide and 3 rollers on bedroom slide. Change out was very straightforward, albeit a little tricky. Fortunately I had a universal ratcheting extension that made the job easier. Start to finish it took about 2 hours, including testing slides. A much better product than the original. Out of my 9 original rollers 6 had failed in a single year of use. If these fit your rig, I highly recommend changing out to these. Much smoother and less side by side wobble when extending and retracting the slides now.

Slide Out Rollers
These rollers are a direct replacement (be aware the newest production Dynamax motorhomes use a larger roller) and are a simple changeout. They appear to be a significant improvement over the original OEM rollers. Slide operation is quieter and smoother with the new rollers. With standard shipping, the rollers were delivered in three days.

Must have upgrade
2018 DX3 bedroom cable slide roller replacement. Great replacement/upgrade for the worn-out original rollers that don't roll anymore. really good install video, not hard to do. Our slide now moves much smoother and quieter than before the new roller install. very pleased with the product, quick shipping also.
