High capacity replacement slide room rollers to fit OEM 4 1/2" brackets. The original brackets may be marked "USA805" or similar. These only replace rollers in these 4.5" O.D. brackets and the rollers themselves are 1" in diameter. The OEM roller may have two pieces per bracket, and may or may not have ball bearings. OEM non-bearing models do not rotate well, OEM ball bearing models are prone to roller failure where the bearings are pressed in, the weight on the assembly damages the the roller. These replacement rollers take the "overkill" approach of incorporating all overcapacity high quality components. The brackets ARE NOT INCLUDED, this is a repair kit only.
- High capacity nylon roller with 3 each pressed in needle roller bearings
- Needle roller bearings rated at +2000# static load, +1600# dynamic load x 3 bearings
- Precision black oxide alloy steel shoulder bolts grade 12.9
- Nylon insert lock nut
- Pressurized pre-lubricated with Lucas marine grade grease
- Capacity of original OEM rollers is 200#, these are very conservatively rated at 600# per roller
- Assembled in Southern California
