Prop 65 Warnings: California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires that items that are not tested for over 900 chemicals carry a Prop 65 Warning. In many cases, the LED version of a light will not contain the considered hazardous chemical that a standard incandescent, halogen, or fluorescent light would have. Most of the products we sell are standard electronic items. We specify to not use lead solder.
"But your competitors websites don't have warnings" - If they are selling in California, they are required to. We are doing out best to follow the rules, they are not.
Due to this, we need to post the following warning if any item is sold or shipped to California customers:
